All services offered on this site are intended to support each clients unique request, and creative expression. Jess tailors each service to the individual’s needs, and works with integrity in providing a high quality and invaluable service designed to be cost effective. All services are holistic by nature.

Terms and Conditions
Jessica Hieser has the right to refuse any request with no correspondence entered into. Of course a reason is provided if possible.
Jessica Hieser holds copyright and full ownership of all material produced from these services and retains the right to use any and all products at any time for her own purposes. Purchasers are given permission to use works produced in any way they choose, but they must credit Jessica Hieser as the author of all produced material, with Copyright attached.
If you are unhappy with any service, but the service has been produced or offered with the right intention, and sufficient work has been done, Jess asks that you consider a 20% refund rather than the suggested 50%.
Clients of this service are able to edit and adapt their product no more than 5 times and cannot request additional changes once the work is produced.
